A useful first quotation starts with the exact model and the type of sample you need. Evaluation samples, unbranded samples and custom-branded production are different requests.
Which samples can be unbranded?
Unbranded samples can currently be requested for accessories, G17, G9 and G3, subject to the selected configuration and current availability. Evaluation samples of other controller models normally carry the existing brand logo. For a bulk project, ask us about an unbranded or your-brand version of the chosen controller.
If the absence of a logo is essential to your evaluation, state that in the first message. We can then confirm whether the selected model and sample configuration match your requirement before you pay for a sample.
When can a logo or custom packaging be added?
Samples cannot be custom silk-screen printed or laser engraved. Silk-screen printing and laser engraving are options to discuss for bulk production, depending on the model, marking position and order details. Standard products come in a printed color box; custom packaging can be discussed when the order volume supports it.
For graphic projects such as the GA06L charging grip, artwork, process and final finish need sample approval. The proposed artwork shown on a page is not automatically an approved production specification.
What about CE, RoHS and FCC documents?
Documentation is available for many models, but the relevant report must be checked against the exact model, version and destination market. Tell us what documents your channel requires. Do not assume a report for one version covers every bundle or configuration.
